摘要
针对重型拖拉机HMCVT湿式离合器摩擦副温度难以预测,使得拖拉机无级变速箱冷却润滑不足的问题,以拖拉机HMCVT湿式离合器对偶钢片为研究对象,建立了PSO-SVM的湿式离合器摩擦副温度预测模型。通过确定影响湿式离合器温升的因素,建立摩擦副温度预测数据样本库,并通过实验验证了该温度预测模型的可行性。实验结果表明,相较于传统SVM模型预测湿式离合器摩擦副温度,PSO-SVM模型更能准确预测出湿式离合器接合时对偶钢片温度变化趋势及最高温度,且温度预测的4项误差均有所降低,以期为重型拖拉机HMCVT湿式离合器温度的高精度预测提供参考。
For heavy tractor HMCVT wet clutch friction pair temperature is difficult to predict,which causes insufficient cooling and lubrication of tractor step less transmission.Taking the dual steel plate of tractor HMCVT shift clutch as the research object,the temperature prediction model of wet clutch friction pair of PSO-SVM is established.By determining the factors influencing the temperature of wet clutch,the temperature prediction data sample bank of friction pair is established,and the feasibility of the temperature prediction model is verified by experiment.The experimental results show that the PSO-SVM model can more accurately predict the change trend and maximum temperature of dual steel plate during changing section than the traditional SVM model in predicting the friction pair temperature of wet clutch,and the four errors in temperature prediction are reduced.It is expected to provide reference for high-precision prediction of HMCVT wet clutch temperature of heavy tractor.
