摘要
目的探究公立医院运营管理满意度对管理人员服务绩效的作用机制,以促进医院运营管理良性循环发展。方法抽取北京市18家三级公立医院617名管理人员进行运营管理满意度和服务绩效调查,对数据进行模糊集定性比较分析。结果影响公立医院管理人员服务绩效的作用机制共形成3种模式,分别为行政管理主导型、全面预算主导型和综合型。结论公立医院管理人员对运营管理维度中的绩效考核和总会计师制度重视程度不高。应关注绩效考核的设计、落实和结果应用,并充分发挥总会计师制度在运营管理中的作用。
Objective To explore the mechanism of satisfaction of operation management of public hospitals on the service performance of managers,and promote the virtuous cycle of hospital operation management.Methods A survey on satisfaction of operation management and service performance was conducted among 617 hospital managers from 18 tertiary public hospitals in Beijing,and the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method was used for comparison.Results There were three functional mechanisms affecting the service performance of managers in public hospitals,which included administrative management-oriented,comprehensive budget-oriented and comprehensive modes.Conclusion It is suggested that attention should be paid to the design,implementation and result application of performance appraisal,and give full play to the role of chief accountant system in operation management.
