摘要
细菌不断对传统抗生素产生耐药性,对公共卫生构成严重威胁。针对细菌的各种复杂的耐药机制,研究开发能阻断细菌耐药途径的药物,恢复传统抗生素的抗菌活性,已成为解决抗生素对细菌耐药问题的有效手段。从有机化合物和无机物增加细菌细胞内抗生素含量、抑制细菌产生的抗生素水解酶活性、降低抗生素与细菌靶位结合、抑制细菌生物膜形成4个方面,总结了近年来有机化合物和无机材料在阻断细菌抗药途径、恢复耐药菌对抗生素敏感性方面的研究报道,对它们的作用机制进行了分析,并对它们未来的发展进行了展望。
Bacteria are developing resistance to traditional antibiotics,posing a serious threat to public health.Aiming at various complex drug-resistant mechanisms of bacteria,it has become an effective means to solve the problem of drug-resistant bacteria by researching and developing drugs that can block the drug-resistant pathway and restore the antibacterial activity of traditional antibiotics.This paper summarizes the recent research reports of organic compounds and inorganic materials in blocking the drug-resistant pathway and restoring the susceptibility of drug-resistant bacteria to antibiotics from four aspects.There are increasing the antibiotic content in bacterial cells,inhibiting the activity of antibiotic hydrolase produced by bacteria,reducing the binding of antibiotics to bacterial targets,and inhibiting the formation of bacterial biofilms.In addition,the action mechanism of organic compounds and inorganic materials to restore the antibacterial activity of traditional antibiotics to drug-resistant bacteria was briefly introduced and the future development was prospected.
