摘要【目的】分析智能网联汽车技术及产业的特点,提出构建河南智能网联汽车产业集群高质量发展的可行性方案。【方法】从创新驱动的视角,结合智能网联汽车产业作为汽车制造、信息通信、交通运输等行业深度融合发展的新兴业态,具备产业链条长、科技密度高、带动作用强等特点,对照分析河南汽车产业的发展态势。【结果】河南汽车制造业呈现出良好发展态势,产业集群基本形成,但也存在一些困境,如汽车产业规模偏小、品牌效应引领力不足、芯片传感器高科技公司偏少等问题。【结论】河南需要在创新驱动战略下,健全产业政策、增强协同创新能力、培育区域品牌影响力、加快商业应用落地,实现河南汽车制造业换道领跑,打造区域经济发展重要增长极。 [Purposes]To analyze the characteristics of intelligent connected vehicle technology and indus-try,and to build a feasible plan for the high-quality development of the intelligent connected vehicle in-dustrial cluster in Henan Province.[Methods]From the perspective of innovation-driven,combined with the fact that the intelligent connected automobile industry is an emerging industry with deep integration and development of automobile manufacturing,information and communication,transportation and other industries,with a long industrial chain,high technology density and strong driving role,the development characteristics of the existing automobile industry in Henan are compared and analyzed.[Findings]The automobile manufacturing industry in Henan has shown a good development trend,and the industrial cluster has basically formed,but there are also some difficulties,such as the small scale of the automo-bile industry,the lack of brand effect leadership,and the small number of sensor chip high-tech compa-nies.[Conclusions]Driven by innovation,Henan should improve industrial policies,enhance collabora-tive innovation capabilities,cultivate regional brand influence,and accelerate the implementation of com-mercial applications,so as to realize the leading role of the automobile manufacturing industry in Henan Province and create an important growth pole for regional economic development.
