摘要
【目的】对配电网系统中环网开关设备机械状态在线监测技术进行研究,满足电力系统设备智能化、数字化功能需求。【方法】分析环网开关设备机械状态在线监测系统设计方案及元器件构成,分析传感元件融合开关,选择非直接嵌入方式感知数据,对适合机械特性监测的传感器规格进行选型设计。【结果】完成适用于环网开关操动机构的传感器选型,实现传感器与本体融合设计。【结论】该融合方案满足环网开关设备传感器测量曲线状态数据需求,为环网开关柜工程设计人员对机械状态在线监测设计提供思路。
[Purposes]The on-line monitoring technology of mechanical state of ring network switch equipment in distribution network system is studied to meet the intelligent and digital functional require-ments of power system equipment.[Methods]This paper analyzes the design scheme and component composition of on-line monitoring system for mechanical state of ring network switch equipment,studies the fusion switch of sensing element,selects the indirect embedding method to sense data,and designs the sensor specifications suitable for mechanical characteristic monitoring.[Findings]The sensor selec-tion suitable for the ring network switch operating mechanism is completed,and the fusion design of sen-sor and body is realized.[Conclusions]The fusion scheme meets the needs of the sensor measurement curve state data of the ring network switch equipment,and provides ideas for the engineering designers of the ring network switch cabinet in the online monitoring design of mechanical characteristics.
