摘要
该文在对传统针摆行星减速器的传动特点和工作原理的研究基础上,结合针轮输出针摆行星传动这种具体的传动结构,提出针轮输出摆线钢球新型传动形式,对其工作原理、结构特点等进行相关研究并运用Creo7.0软件对模型进行三维建模,通过以上工作,得到符合实际理论计算的传动结构,进而为提高整机动力学性能的方法和建议做准备。
Based on the study of the transmission characteristics and working principle of the traditional cycloidal needle wheel planetary reducer,and combined with the specific transmission structure of cycloid pin geartransmission,this paper puts forward a new transmission form of needle wheel output cycloid steel ball,studies its working principle and structural characteristics,and carries on the three-dimensional modeling of the model using Creo7.0 software.Through the above work,the transmission structure which accords with the actual theoretical calculation is obtained,which provides methods and suggestions for improving the dynamic performance of the whole machine.
