Objective To explore the characteristics of syndrome type distribution of hypertension(HT)patients with anxiety and depression, and to analyze the rule of syndrome type distribution of ET-1,hs-CRP,and PP.Methods A total of 332 patients were collected,of which 227 cases met the inclusion criteria, including 58 cases of Ganhuokangsheng type(GHKS),61 cases of Yinxuyangkang type(YXYK),57 cases of Tanshiyongsheng type(TSYS),and 51 cases of Ganyupixu type(GYPX).The SAS and SDS were used to score them, evaluate their anxiety and depression, and statistically analyze their results. Results GHKS,YXYK and GYPX were negatively correlated with anxiety, and TSYS was negatively correlated with depression. The SAS scores were ranked as GHKS>YXYK>GYPX>TSYS;the SDS scores were ranked as TSYS>GYPX>GHKS>YXYK.The ET-1 level was significantly higher in the GHKS and TSYS,P<0.05;the hs-CRP level was higher in the YXYK and TSYS,P<0.05;the PP level was significantly higher in the YXYK,P<0.05.Conclusion Each syndrome type of HT patients with anxiety and depression has its own clinical distribution characteristics, and the levels of ET-1,hs-CRP,and PP show a corresponding trend of syndrome type distribution.
