摘要
组织员制度是我们党在长期管党、治党的实践中创设的一项独具特色的工作制度。新时代,高校专职组织员在接续历史任务,做好发展党员和巩固党的组织任务,在守正创新中扮演好“党建明白人”、“党员带头人”、“党委放心人”和“职工贴心人”,协调好育人主体,整合好育人资源,实现好基层党建与教学、科研和管理相融合,进而提升高校基层党建工作质量。
The Organizer system is a unique work system created by the CPC in its long-term practice of managing and governing.In the new era,the full-time university organizers play the role of“the person who understands the Party building,”“the person who leads party members,”“the person whom the Party Committee trusts,”and“the person who is considerate to the staff”in continuing the historical tasks and doing well in organizational tasks of developing Party members and consolidating the Party,and even in integrity and innovation.In addition,the full-time university organizers coordinate the main body of education,integrate the education resources,and achieve the integration of primary-level Party building with teaching,scientific research,and management to improve the quality of primary-level Party building in universities.
