摘要
颗粒增强型铝基碳化硅(SiCp/Al)材料具有高比强度、高比模量、高耐磨性等特性,广泛应用于航空航天器制造领域。但由于其加工过程对刀具磨损严重,容易造成零件表面崩裂或尺寸偏差大的问题,限制了其在精密零部件方面的应用和发展。本文研究和试验一种通过超声辅助钻孔的方式,解决刀具与碳化硅增强颗粒硬摩擦的问题,降低刀具磨损,提升加工质量。
Particle-reinforced aluminum-based silicon carbide(SiCp/Al)have features of high-strength ratio,high-modulus ratio and high-wear resistance,which widely used in aerospace manufacturing.However,due to the serious wear on the tool in its machining process,it is easy to cause cracking or large size deviation problems,which limits its application and development in precision parts.This experimental study explores a way of ultrasonic auxiliary drilling to solve the problem of hard friction between the tool and the SiCp/Al and to improve processing quality.
