交通运输从业者对自动驾驶接受度建模与分析 被引量:4

Modeling and analysis of autonomous driving acceptance by transportation practitioners

摘要 为了研究交通运输从业者对自动驾驶的接受意愿,确定影响接受度的关键因素,从而掌握交通运输从业者对自动驾驶的态度和关注点。通过分析交通运输从业者的职业特性,基于传统的技术接受模型(Technology Acceptance Model,TAM),综合考虑感知有用性、感知易用性、信任度和使用意愿四方面的功能认知和感知风险性的负面影响认知,并增加外部因素,兼顾个人属性特征的影响,加入从事该职业时长、个人月收入等职业变量,在此基础上设计调查问卷,对样本数据进行相关性分析和有序Logistic回归分析,筛选出自动驾驶接受度的关键影响因素。结果表明,交通运输从业者对自动驾驶的接受度较高,但与普通人群具有一定的区别;感知有用性、感知易用性、信任和使用意愿对自动驾驶的接受度具有显著正向影响;感知风险性具有显著负向影响;受教育程度和个人月收入对接受度也有一定的影响,受教育程度越高、个人月收入越高,对自动驾驶的接受度也越高。研究结论可以为提升自动驾驶汽车落地推广的策略提供一定的理论依据,同时也为政府制定相关政策提供依据。 To determine the willingness of transportation practitioners to accept autonomous driving,the key factors influencing their acceptance are studied,including their perceptions and concerns.By analyzing their occupational characteristics based on the traditional technology acceptance model,their functional and negative impact cognition of the perceived risks of autonomous driving are con-sidered in terms of four aspects:perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,trust and willingness to use,and external factors,the influence of personal attributes and occupational variables,such as the length of time employed in a particular occupation and personal monthly income,were also taken in-to account.On this basis,a questionnaire was designed and the data samples were analyzed by corre-lation analysis and orderly logistic regression to identify the key factors influencing the acceptance of autonomous driving.The results show that autonomous driving has greater acceptance among transport practitioners compared with the general public.Perceptions regarding the usefulness,ease of use,and willingness to use have a positive effect on the acceptance of autonomous driving,while the perceived risk has a negative effect.The education level and personal monthly income also influ-ence acceptance,with individuals with higher education levels and personal monthly incomes more willing to accept autonomous driving.The higher the education and monthly income levels,the high-er the acceptance.These results provide a theoretical basis for improving the promotional strategies for adopting autonomous vehicles as well as insights on the development of relevant government pol-icies.
