弹载磁测系统可视化标定软件设计

摘要 由于传感器制造误差、弹体磁场等干扰,弹载磁测系统需要在弹体发射前进行标定以提高磁传感器的测量精度。当前磁测系统的标定存在两个问题:一是流程繁琐,数据处理复杂;二是数据缺乏可视化处理,导致标定准确率难以保证。基于上述问题,论文设计了一种弹载磁测系统可视化自动标定软件。软件将之前复杂的数据处理等问题简化为单击按钮的操作,同时,软件实现了全流程的数据可视化。通过测试证明,该软件能够有效提升磁测系统标定的工作效率。 Due to the interference of sensor manufacturing error and missile magnetic field,the missile borne magnetic measurement system needs to be calibrated before missile launch to improve the measurement accuracy of the magnetic sensor.At present,there are two problems in the calibration of magnetic measurement system:first,the process is cumbersome and the data processing is complex.Second,the lack of visual processing of data makes it difficult to ensure the calibration accuracy.Based on the above problems,a visualized automatic calibration software of missile borne magnetic measurement system is designed in this paper.The software simplifies the previous complicated data processing and other problems to the operation of clicking a button.At the same time,the software realizes the data visualization of the whole process.The test results show that the software can effectively improve the efficiency of magnetic measurement system calibration.
