摘要
目的探究防范管理措施对手术室护士血源性职业暴露的影响。方法选取2020年9月—2021年9月淄博市中心医院17名手术室护士为对照组(行传统防范措施),另选取2021年10月—2022年10月本院18名手术室护士为研究组(行防范管理措施),进行回顾性研究。对比分析两组职业防护行为评分、血源性职业暴露发生率以及各科室对手术工作的满意度。结果相较于对照组,研究组的职业防护行为评分显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,研究组的血源性职业暴露发生率显著更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,研究组的各科室对手术工作的满意度显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理中行防范管理措施干预可显著减少护士血源性职业暴露情况,增强职业防护行为,提升各科室对手术工作的满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of preventive management measures on blood-borne occupational exposure of nurses in the operating room.Methods A total of 17 operating room nurses in Zibo Central Hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the control group(with traditional precautions),and another 18 operating room nurses in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study group(with precautions and precautions),and a retrospective study was conducted.The occupational protective behavior scores,the incidence of blood-borne occupational exposure,and the satisfaction of each department with the surgical work were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the occupational protective behavior score of the study group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the incidence of blood-borne occupational exposure of the study group was significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the satisfaction of the study group with the surgical work in each department was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of preventive management measures in operating room nursing can significantly reduce nurses'bloodborne occupational exposure,enhance occupational protective behaviors,and improve the satisfaction of surgical work in each department.
