摘要
我国天然气行业的迅猛发展促进了城镇燃气管道建设的持续增长,但是由于天然气易燃易爆的特性,各种燃气事故层出不穷,燃气管道的抢维修工作对于人身安全和社会稳定显得至关重要。以现有抢维修方案为基础,通过对目前城镇燃气管道抢维修方案存在问题分析,结合现场施工经验,提出针对典型场景的抢维修方案。为充分应对城镇燃气管道事故、降低燃气管道事故对人身安全和公共财产造成的损失提供可靠保证。
The rapid development of natural gas industry in China has promoted the continuous growth of urban gas pipelines construction.However,due to the flammable and explosive characteristics of nature gas,various gas accidents emerge frequetly.Therefore,the emergency repair work of gas pipeline is crucial for personal safety and social stability.This paper proposed an emergency repair program for two typical scenarios through analysis of the existing problems in the current urban gas pipeline emergency repair program and combining with the field construction experience.It provides a reliable guarantee for fully responding to urban gas pipeline accidents and reducing the loss of personal safety and public property caused by gas pipeline accidents.
