摘要
对光谱仪测定抽油杆中磷、硫元素含量不确定度的来源进行了分析,建立了数学模型,并对其测定结果的不确定度进行评定。为提高抽油杆中磷、硫元素化学成分分析结果准确性,从环境、电源、氩气、分析样品、标准样品、控制样品、电极、火花台、聚光镜、人员方面进行了分析,并制定了应对措施。不确定度评定为提高实验室检测和控制能力提供了可靠的参考依据,影响因素分析和应对措施为提高磷、硫等元素分析结果的准确性、可靠性提供参考。
The sources of uncertainty in determination of phosphorus and sulfur in sucker rod by spectrograph are analyzed,the mathematical model is established,and the uncertainty of the determination result is evaluated.In order to improve the accuracy of the chemical composition analysis results of phosphorus and sulfur elements in the sucker rod material,the environment,power supply,argon,sample,reference sample,control sample,electrode,spark table,condenser and personnel were analyzed,and the countermeasures were formulated.The uncertainty assessment provides a reliable reference basis for improving the laboratory detection and control ability,and the analysis of influence factors and countermeasures provide a reference for improving the accuracy and reliability of the analysis results of phosphorus,sulfur and other elements.
