摘要
本文选取了加拿大捐赠档案利用的典型案例,首先对案例情况进行全面梳理分析,其次剖析案例中的关键问题,从加拿大相关法律出发分析其判案依据,最后从立法、普法和执法三个角度提出可为我国档案捐赠利用工作提供参考借鉴的启示。
This paper selects a typical case of the access of the donation archives in Canada.Firstly,the paper analyzed the whole situation of the case,then dissected the key issues in the case,and analyzed the basis of judgment from the relevant laws of Canada.Finally,it put forward enlightenment which can provide references for the access of donation archives in our country from three perspectives which are the legislation,popularization and enforcement of law.
