摘要
档案众筹作为社会力量参与档案事务的新形式,至今已经拥有一批成功的项目。档案行业政策支持、档案机构现实需要以及公众缺少必要资金是助力我国档案众筹的实践背景,其要素框架涵盖资金提供者、项目发起方和档案拥有者三个关键主体。腾讯乐捐公益平台是我国档案众筹实践的典型代表。基于对该平台的系统调研发现,我国档案众筹实践的特点与优势包括三方面:瞄准公众关注焦点,以公众需求为筹资导向;以项目带动公众,提升社会档案意识;关注民间档案开发,完善社会记忆。同时也面临档案机构缺位、项目管理水平低和忽视公众参与倾向等问题,未来应从项目发起方、资金提供方以及档案机构三个层面对档案众筹不断改进,为社会力量参与档案事务提供新的途径与力量。
Archival crowdfunding as a new form of social forces to participate in archival affairs,has a number of successful projects.The policy support of archives industry,the practical needs of archives institutions and the lack of necessary funds for the public are the practical background of archives crowdfunding in China.Its factor framework covers three key subjects:fund providers,project sponsors and archive owners.Tencent Lejuan Charity Platform is a typical representative of archives crowdfunding practice in China.Based on the systematic investigation of the platform,it is found that the characteristics and advantages of archives crowdfunding practice in China include three aspects:aiming at the focus of public attention,taking public demand as the financing orientation,drive the public with projects to enhance the awareness of social archives,pay attention to the development of folk archives and improve social memory.At the same time,it also faces the problems of the low level of project management,the tendency of ignoring public participation and the absence of archives institutions.In the future,the archives crowdfunding should be continuously improved from the three levels of project sponsors,fund providers and archives institutions,so as to provide new ways and forces for social forces to participate in archives affairs.
