摘要
加快构建高质量的金融发展格局,是海南自贸港建设的内在要求。金融业增加值是衡量金融产业发展水平的基础指标。对海南建省办经济特区以来金融业增加值变化的特征事实总结表明,2007年以来海南金融业增加值占GDP比重的快速提高与实体经济发展基本匹配,但总量与结构相对自贸港建设要求仍有一定的提升与优化空间。建议强化“供给引导”理念,采取措施扩大金融产业规模,优化金融产业结构,提高金融产业发展水平和金融服务效率,为实体经济发展以及海南自贸港投资贸易规则落地提供更有利的金融条件。
Accelerating the construction of high-quality financial development pattern is the internal requirement of the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.The added value of the financial industry is the basic indicator to measure the development level of the financial industry.The summary of the characteristics and facts of the changes in the added value of Hainan’s financial industry shows that the rapid increase in the proportion of the added value of Hainan’s financial industry to GDP since 2007 basically matches the development of the real economy,but there is still a certain gap between the requirements for the construction of the free trade port.It is suggested to strengthen the concept of“supply guidance”,take measures to expand the scale of the financial industry,optimize the structure of the financial industry,improve the development level of the financial industry and the efficiency of financial services,and provide more favorable financial conditions for the development of the real economy and the implementation of the investment and trade rules of the Hainan Free Trade Port.
