多粘类芽孢杆菌P1不同施药方法防治广东菜心根肿病药效评价 被引量:2

Control efficacy evaluation of Bacillus polymyxoides P1 suspension concentrate against cabbage clubroot in Guangdong by different application methods

摘要 通过对15亿CFU/mL多粘类芽孢杆菌P1悬浮剂不同的施药方法进行比较,探索一种对广东菜心根肿病更有效的防治方法。采用播前药剂处理和出苗后药剂处理相结合的方式,在广东菜心整个生育期用15亿CFU/mL多粘类芽孢杆菌P1悬浮剂施药2次,探索不同的播前处理模式对广东菜心根肿病的防治效果。设施地和露地试验数据均表明:采用播前土壤喷淋(制剂量2 L/667 m^(2))和2叶1心期根茎喷淋相结合的方式防治广东菜心根肿病的效果优于种子处理(100倍浸种、1∶50倍拌种)和2叶1心期根茎喷淋相结合的方式,病指防效为62.99%~82.13%。土壤喷淋后混土的方式对防效的影响不显著。建议采用生产上采用播前土壤喷淋(制剂量2 L/667 m^(2))和2叶1心期根茎喷淋相结合的方式防治广东菜心根肿病,土壤喷淋后不需混土。 To explore a more effective method for the control against clubroot of Guangdong cabbage by comparing different application methods of Bacillus polymyxoides P11.5 billion CFU/mL suspension concentrate.During the whole growth period of guangdong cabbage,B.polymyxoides P11.5 billion CFU/mL suspension concentrate was applied twice under the mode of combination of pre-sowing and post-emergence treatment,in order to explore the control efficacy against cabbage clubroot applied with different pre-sowing treatments.Facility and open field test data showed that the efficacy was better in treatment of soil spraying before sowing(2 L/667 m^(2))combined with root spraying at 2 leaves and 1 heart stage.The control efficacy was 62.99%-82.13%.The method of soil mixing after spraying has no significant effect on the control efficiency.Soil spraying before sowing(2 L/667 m^(2))and root spraying at 2 leaves 1 heart period combination was suggested to prevent and control the clubroot of Guangdong cabbage.There is no need to mix soil after soil spraying.
