摘要
本文以智慧养老服务发展为切入点,分析智慧养老服务产品设计的现实困境,通过对情感化交互中的产品设计分析,运用认知心理学原理分析智慧养老与情感化交互产品设计间的耦合意义,结合马斯洛需求层次,总结出老龄化人群的情感需求,探索出智慧养老服务下的智能产品多种设计原则,为以情感化理念为核心的智慧养老产品设计的发展提供预测性依据和理论参考。
This article takes the development of intelligent elderly care services as the starting point,analyzes the practical difficulties in the design of intelligent elderly care services products,analyzes the coupling significance between intelligent elderly care and emotional interactive product design using the principles of cognitive psychology through the analysis of product design in emotional interaction,summarizes the emotional needs of the aging population,and explores multiple design principles for intelligent products under intelligent elderly care services.Provide predictive basis and theoretical reference for the development of intelligent elderly care product design with the emotional concept as the core.
