基于Deform-3D的单刃内排屑刀具钻削仿真研究

摘要 针对某航空液压伺服阀芯的内孔难加工问题,设计了一款直径0.85mm的单刃内排屑深孔钻,并使用Deform-3D软件进行加工过程的仿真模拟,对不同工艺参数下的轴向力、扭矩和切削温度进行对比分析。仿真结果表明:转速为15000r/min时,进给量越大,加工时轴向力和扭矩越大;进给量为0.04mm/r时,转速对加工中的轴向力和扭矩影响较小;不同转速和进给量下,钻削温度在145℃~165℃之内。仿真结果可以为航空液压伺服阀芯的内孔加工工艺参数的选择提供一定参考。 To solve the technical difficulties of machining the bore of an aviation hydraulic servo valve spool,a O.85mm diameter single-edged deep hole drill with internal chip removal is designed and simulated with Deform-3D software under different process parameters,so as to compare and analyze the axial force,torque and cutting temperature under diferent process parameters.The simulation results show that when the speed is 15000r/min,the higher the feed rate,the higher the axial force and torque will be.When the feed rate is 0.04mm/r,there will be smaller influence of rotating speed on axial force and torque.The drilling temperature of different speed and feed rate is within 145℃~165℃.It can provide certain reference for the selection of machining parameters of inner hole of aviation hydraulic servo valve core.
