摘要
医院感染在我国发生率较高,不仅是我国重要的公共卫生问题,也是重大的医院管理课题。医院感染一方面使患者的医疗支出增加,住院天数延长,给患者及其家庭带来经济负担和心理压力;另一方面,增加了医疗系统的负担和管理难度,甚至给社会带来不利影响。为了更好地预防和控制医院感染、提高医疗质量、保障患者及医务人员的安全,笔者查阅了多个数据库,包括知网、维普、万方、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase等数据库,寻找有关医院感染防控的工作规范、科研报告等,综合分析我国医院感染管理工作的现状及存在的问题,给出提升我国医院感染管理工作的建议,并探讨以护理为主导的医院感染管理工作的可行性。希望本文为提升医疗机构预防与控制医院感染、促进医疗卫生事业的健康发展提供依据。
The incidence of nosocomial infection is high in China.It is not only an important public health problem,but also a major hospital management issue.Nosocomial infection makes patients pay more for medical care,prolongs hospital stay,and brings economic burden and psychological pressure to patients and their families on one hand,on the other hand,it increases the burden on the medical system and the difficulty of management,and even brings adverse effects to the society.To better prevent and control nosocomial infection,improve medical quality,and ensure the safety of patients and medical staff,this study refers to multiple databases,including CNKI,China Science and Technology Journal Database,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase and other databases,searches for related work specifications and scientific research reports,comprehensively analyzes the status quo and deficiencies of hospital infection management,gives suggestions to improve hospital infection management,and discusses the feasibility of nursing-led hospital infection management.It is hoped that this article will help to improve the prevention and control of nosocomial infection in medical institutions and promote the healthy development of medical and health service.
