摘要
为解决喷水纺织工业中产生的污泥,提出了特高压污泥深度脱水技术,并依托六安某喷水纺织工业园污水处理厂建立了纺织污泥中试工程。该技术的运行结果表明:脱水效果好,可将污泥含水率降低至40%,同时回收了大部分污泥中的矿物油;在各参数相近的情况下,用电量为传统工艺用电量的70%;提高了单位污泥的热值及利用率,单位污泥热值增加1474J/g;每吨污泥处置费较改造前可节省1580元,且具有投资和运营费用低、无污染、适用广等优点。特高压污泥深度脱水技术极大满足了喷水纺织行业污泥处理处置要求,也为其它行业污泥深度脱水处理提供了借鉴。
In order to solve the sludge produced in water-jet textile industry,the ultra-high pressure sludge deep dewatering technology was put forward,and the pilot project of textile sludge was established based on the sewage treatment plant of a water-jet textile industrial park in Lu'an.The operation results show that the dehydration effect is excellent,the moisture content of sludge can be reduced to 40%,and most of the mineral oil in the sludge can be recovered.Under the condition that the parameters are similar,the electricity consumption is 70%of that of the traditional process.The calorific value and utilization rate of unit sludge were improved,and the calorific value of unit sludge was increased by 1474 J/g.The disposal cost per ton of sludge can be saved 1580 YUAN compared with that before the transformation,and it has the advantages of low investment and operation cost,no pollution and wide application.The ultra-high pressure sludge deep dewatering technology greatly meets the requirements of sludge treatment and disposal in the water-jet textile industry,and provides a reference for the sludge deep dewatering treatment in other industries.
