摘要
挤压造粒机是聚丙烯工艺中的关键设备,自2010年首台套20万吨聚丙烯双螺杆挤压造粒机国产化成功,35万吨以上规模挤压造粒机仍由国外垄断。某公司30万吨聚丙烯采用LUMMUS公司NOVOLEN聚丙烯工艺,挤压造粒机由大橡塑制造供货,该挤压造粒机于2022年7月15日一次性开车成功,现将试车及运行过程中出现的问题做简单总结,为后续国产化挤压造粒机的改进、操作等提供一定的参考。
Extruder is a key equipment in polypropylene process.Since the first set of 200KTA twin-screw extruder of polypropylene plant was successfully applied domestically in 2010.The extruder with a scale of more than 350KTA is still monopolized by foreign countries.There is a company uses LUMMUS NOVOLEN polypropylene process for 300KTA,and the extruder is manufactured and supplied by DXS.The extruder was successfully start-up on July 15,2022.Now we make a brief summary of the problems in the commissioning and operation process,which will provide some reference for the subsequent improvement and operation of domestic extruder.
