摘要
本文以广州地铁10号线为依托,针对广州地区红黏土、全强风化花岗岩等不同的黏土地层进行研究,研发适用黏土地层的渣土改良剂,并进行现场参数验证。主要结论:通过筛选不同原材料、配比,研发了4组与国外同类产品性能指标相当的泡沫剂,自主研发的泡沫剂半衰期在21 min左右,满足现场施工要求;针对黏粒含量大、渗透系数极低的黏土地层,研发了铁箭分散型泡沫剂,通过测试其耐低温性、冻融性、耐腐蚀、剥离速度等,证明了其对黏土地层的改良效果,加入铁箭分散型泡沫剂可有效降低黏土的粘附性,降低盾构掘进过程中结泥饼的情况;通过铁箭分散型泡沫剂在现场的应用数据可以看出,铁箭分散型泡沫剂的性能指标与市面上同类产品相当,可以满足现场盾构施工的使用要求;本试验结果可为同类地层施工提供一定参考。
In this paper,based on Guangzhou Metro Line 10,the research was carried out on different clay formations in Guangzhou,such as red clay,fully strongly weathered granite,etc.,to develop slag improvers suitable for clay formations,and to conduct field parameter verification.Main conclusions:Through screening different raw materials and proportions,four groups of foam agents with the same performance indicators as foreign similar products have been developed.The half-life of the self-developed foam agent is about 21 min,which meets the requirements of on-site construction;For clay stratum with large clay content and extremely low permeability coefficient,Tiejian dispersed foam agent was developed.Through testing its low temperature resistance,freeze-thaw resistance,corrosion resistance,stripping speed,etc.,its improvement effect on clay stratum was proved.Adding Tiejian dispersed foam agent can effectively reduce the adhesion of clay and reduce the mud cake formation during shield tunneling;From the field application data of Tiejian dispersed foam agent,it can be seen that the performance index of Tiejian dispersed foam agent is equivalent to that of similar products on the market,which can meet the requirements of field shield construction;The test results can provide some reference for similar stratum construction.
