摘要
为配合某船厂船台生产线建造工艺船舶过驳下水工程项目,研发了智能液压台车运移系统。通过对船舶在过驳下水作业中由于下水设备与船台之间存在高低差导致船舶时刻处于浮动状态的技术性研究,在运移作业过程中船舶能够跟随下水设备的沉浮进行自动调载且保持水平状态尤为重要。通过采用闭环电液伺服控制方法以及自主研发的智能算法,精确控制多台液压台车的同步带载顶升、带载行走以及自动调载等关键技术,实现了船舶安全平稳的过驳运移作业功能。
Combined with ship transport operation project of a shipyard production line building process,we researched and developed intelligent hydraulic bogie transfer system.Through the technical research on the floating state of the ship due to the height difference between the launching equipment and the berth during the launching operation of the barge in the process of transport operation,it was particularly important that the ship could follow the sinking and float with the launching equipment to automatically adjust the load and maintain the horizontal state during transport process.By adopting the closed-loop electro-hydraulic servo control method and the independently developed intelligent algorithm,the key technologies such as synchronous load jacking,load travelling and automatic load adjustment of multiple hydraulic trolleys were accurately controlled,so the smooth,fast and safe ship transfer operation technology was realized.
