摘要
“新业态”赋能新商科人才高质量培养是推进教育数字化、促进商业和“新业态”可持续发展的关键要求,以“新业态”的个人发展赋能、交互合作赋能、平台建设赋能和社会实践赋能为理论逻辑,可探索“新业态”理念引领之下的全景式培养体系构建、“新业态”技术嵌入下的全方位能力素质培养和“新业态”资源整合之下的全领域培养格局打造等赋能路径,实现新商科人才的高质量培养。
"New business forms"enabling high-quality training of new business talents is the key requirement to promote education digitization and promote the sustainable development of business and"new business forms".Based on the theoretical logic of"new business forms"enabling individual development,interactive cooperation,platform construction and social practice.It is possible to explore such enabling paths as the construction of panoramic training system under the guidance of the concept of"new business form",the cultivation of all-round ability and quality under the embedding of"new business form"technology and the construction of training pattern in the whole field under the integration of"new business form"resources,so as to realize the high-quality training of new business talents.
