摘要
上海以“魔都”形象享誉全球。以外地游客上海游记为分析语料,以内容分析法和多维分析法为主要研究方法,以RCM6为分析软件,基于认知-情感理论,分析外地游客对上海旅游目的地形象的感知。研究发现,多元现代的国际大都市是游客感知的魔都形象,具体体现在旅游吸引物、休闲娱乐、环境氛围、设施服务四个维度。其中,都市文化景观是游客感知最为深刻、积极情感最为集中的类目。消极情感主要体现在传统景区商业化、消费高、人多排队等方面。提出了强化多元文化、注重自然资源、提高管理服务等对策来进一步提升、优化都市旅游形象。
Shanghai enjoys worldwide reputation as the magic city.With the travel notes of tourists from other parts of China as the analysis corpus,the study takes content analysis method and multidimensional analysis method as the main research methods,takes RCM 6 as the analysis software,and analyzes the perception of tourists on the image of Shanghai tourist destination based on the cognitive-affective theory.The study finds that the multi-modern international metropolis is the image of the magic city perceived by tourists,which is embodied in four dimensions:tourism attraction,leisure and entertainment,environmental atmosphere and facilities and services.Among them,urban cultural landscape is the category that tourists perceive most deeply and have the most concentrated positive emotion.Negative feelings are mainly reflected in the commercialization of traditional scenic spots,high consumption,large crowds and queues.To further enhance and optimize the image of urban tourism,countermeasures such as strengthening multi-culture,paying attention to natural resources and improving management services are put forward.
