摘要
2-羟基-1-萘甲醛与氨基苯并噻唑缩合获得希夫碱化合物(L_(5)),与CuCl_(2)·2H_(2)O反应得到L_(5)-Cu(Ⅱ)配合物。用荧光光谱研究L_(5)和L_(5)-Cu(Ⅱ)在303,308,313 K下对牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的荧光的影响。结果表明,L_(5)和L_(5)-Cu(Ⅱ)使BSA荧光发生静态猝灭,L_(5)和L_(5)-Cu(Ⅱ)与BSA的结合位点分别为1.5和1,两者与BSA作用的热力学参数为△G<0、△H>0、△S>0,表明其结合过程是自发进行的,主要作用力为疏水力,但L_(5)与BSA结合作用力强于L_(5)-Cu(Ⅱ)。
The Schiff base(L_(5))was synthesized by condensation of 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde with 2-aminobenzothiazole and reacted with CuCl_(2)·2H_(2)O to form L_(5)-Cu(II)complex.The of L_(5) and L_(5)-Cu(II)bovine serum albumin(BSA)at 303K,308K and 313K were studied by fluorescence spectroscopy.The results showed that the fluorescence of BSA was quenched statically by L_(5) and L_(5)-Cu(II).The binding sites of L_(5) and L_(5)-Cu(II)to BSA were about 1.5 and 1,respectively.The thermodynamic parameters of the interaction between L_(5) and L_(5)-Cu(II)with BSA were△G<0、△H>0、△S>0,which indicating that the combination process is spontaneous and the main action force is hydrophobic force,but the binding force of L_(5) to BSA was stronger than that of L_(5)-Cu(II).
