摘要
克罗恩病(Crohn’s disease,CD)是一种由多种因素介导的慢性、非特异性的肠道炎症性疾病,因其迁延难治的特性,一直给患者带来了极大的痛苦。本文综述了部分具有前景或临床常用的CD治疗药物,包括生物制剂、小分子药物、氨基水杨酸类、反义核酸药物等。这些药物的理化性质、疗效和安全性受到广泛的关注,包括对肠道菌群调节、降低肠道炎症反应等,可以有效缓解CD症状,因此对这些药物的生物活性、药物化学以及应用方面进行分析,以期对相关研究提供更多的参考。
Crohn's disease(CD)is a chronic,non-specific intestinal inflammatory disease mediated by many factors.Because of its protracted and refractory characteristics,it has brought great pain to patients.This article reviews some promising or commonly used CD therapeutic drugs,including biological agents,small molecule drugs,aminosalicylic acids,antisense nucleic acid drugs,etc.The physical and chemical properties,efficacy and safety of these drugs have received extensive attention,including the regulation of intestinal flora and the reduction of intestinal inflammation,which can effectively alleviate the symptoms of CD.Therefore,the biological activity,medicinal chemistry and application of these drugs are analyzed in order to provide more references for related research.
