摘要
基于对高校教师信息化能力相关研究的梳理认为,大学英语教师信息化教学能力应涵盖信息化教学信念、教学技术、教学行为和教学研究四个建构要素,并尝试提出适用于广大一线教师自主自觉、自下而上的主动发展策略,旨在推进大学英语教师的职业可持续发展。
This paper constructed the ICT teaching competence of college English teachers,such as ICT teaching belief,teaching technology,teaching behaviors and research ability.Based on the relevant researches,it intended to put forward the ICT competence development strategies of college English teachers with the purpose to enhance their self-conscious and self-empowered career development.
