摘要
目的研究在牙周病导致的牙位移患者中口腔正畸治疗对患者咀嚼功能以及美观性的影响。方法方便选取2018年1月-2021年12月泉州市医学高等专科学校附属人民医院收治的102例牙周病导致的牙位移患者为研究对象,采用抽签法将患者分为对照组与研究组,各51例。对照组采用牙周基础疗法,研究组在对照组基础上联合口腔正畸治疗,对比两组美观性以及咀嚼功能、牙周健康程度。结果治疗前,两组患者前牙覆盖、鼻唇角、前牙覆合、牙齿整齐等牙齿美观度评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组鼻唇角、前牙覆合、牙齿整齐等牙齿美观度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者咬合接触面积、咀嚼效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组咬合接触面积、咀嚼效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后,两组出血指数、牙周袋深度、牙槽骨高度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在为牙周病导致的牙位移患者治疗中采用口腔正畸可提升患者的美观度、咀嚼功能,改善牙周健康程度。
Objective Study the impact of orthodontic treatment on chewing function and aesthetics in patients with periodontal disease induced tooth displacement.Methods 102 patients with tooth displacement caused by periodontal disease admitted to the Affiliated People's Hospital of Quanzhou Medical College from January 2018 to December 2021 were conveniently selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into a control group and a study group using a lottery method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received basic periodontal therapy,while the study group received combined orthodontic treatment on the basis of the control group.The aesthetics,chewing function,and periodontal health of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in tooth aesthetics scores such as anterior tooth coverage,nasolabial angle,anterior tooth overlap,and tooth alignment between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the aesthetic scores of teeth such as nasolabial angle,anterior teeth overlap,and tooth alignment in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in occlusal contact area and chewing efficiency between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the occlusal contact area and chewing efficiency of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before and after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in bleeding index,periodontal pocket depth,and alveolar bone height between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of orthodontics in the treatment of patients with tooth displacement caused by periodontal disease can improve their aesthetics,chewing function,and periodontal health.
