摘要
目的探讨妇科九味洗剂联合奥硝唑分散片治疗细菌性阴道病的临床疗效。方法将2021年3月—2021年10月就诊于芜湖市中医医院的80例细菌性阴道病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予奥硝唑分散片治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合妇科九味洗剂治疗。比较2组患者的总有效率、复发率、阴道pH值、中医证候积分、临床症状消失时间。结果给药后对比,治疗组临床总有效率更高,复发率更低;对照组阴道pH值、中医证候积分明显高于治疗组;且外阴烧灼感、外阴瘙痒、阴道黏膜充血及阴道分泌物增多、阴道分泌物的异味等症状消失时间长于治疗组。结论妇科九味洗剂联合奥硝唑分散片治疗细菌性阴道病的临床疗效优于单一运用奥硝唑分散片的疗效,值得推行。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Fuke Jiuwei lotion combined with ornidazole dispersible tablets in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis.Methods 80 patients with bacterial vaginosis in Wuhu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to October 2021 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with ornidazole dispersible tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Fuke Jiuwei lotion on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,recurrence rate,vaginal pH value,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and disappearance time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results After administration,the total clinical effective rate was higher and the recurrence rate was lower in the treatment group.The vaginal pH value and TCM syndrome score in the control group were significantly higher than those in the treatment group.The symptoms of vulvar burning sensation,vulvar pruritus,vaginal mucosal congestion and vaginal secretion increase,vaginal secretion odor disappeared longer than the treatment group.Conclusion The clinical effect of Fuke Jiuwei lotion combined with ornidazole dispersible tablets in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis is better than that of ornidazole dispersible tablets alone,which is worth promoting.
