摘要
目的 探讨加减血府逐瘀汤对后交叉韧带重建术后患者膝关节疼痛程度及膝关节功能恢复的影响。方法 选取2020年12月—2021年12月山东中医药大学附属医院骨科收治的60例后交叉韧带损伤患者。按照随机数字表法将进行分组,各30例。均行后交叉韧带重建术,对照组术后常规治疗,试验组加服用血府逐瘀汤,连续治疗2个月后,观察指标为术前、术后2周、术后1个月的VAS评分和Lysholm膝关节功能评分。结果 试验组术后2周、术后1个月的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),Lysholm膝关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 加减血府逐瘀汤能显著降低后交叉韧带重建术后患者的疼痛程度,促进膝关节活动和功能恢复,改善膝关节活动程度。
Objective To investigate the effect of modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the degree of knee pain and knee function recovery after posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.Methods 60 patients with posterior cruciate ligament injury admitted to department of orthopedics of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each.All patients underwent posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,the control group received conventional postoperative treatment,and the experimental group received Xuefu Zhuyu decoction.After continuous treatment for 2 months,the observation indexes were VAS scores and Lysholm knee function scores before surgery,2 weeks and 1 month after surgery.Results The VAS score of 2 weeks and 1 month was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the Lysholm knee function score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can significantly reduce the degree of pain after posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,promote the recovery of knee activity and function,and improve the degree of knee activity.
