摘要
目的 探讨痰浊中阻型心绞痛患者胸痛程度与餐后血脂的关系。方法 选取菏泽市中医医院心血管科病区2020年9月—2021年9月痰浊中阻型心绞痛患者150例,Ⅰ~Ⅲ级心绞痛组各50例。搜集并整理各组患者餐后血脂,血压、体质量指数(BMI)、中医证候积分等相关的资料。结果 患者胸痛程度越高,餐后血脂TC、TG、LDL-C就越高,而HDL-C就越低。患者胸痛程度越高,血压、身体质量指数(BMI)、中医证候积分也就越高。结论 痰浊中阻型心绞痛患者胸痛程度跟餐后血脂,血压、BMI、中医证候积分呈明显的相关性;临床通过改善餐后血脂、控制血压、降低BMI和中医证候积分,可更好地控制胸痛的发作。
Objective To explore the relationship between the degree of chest pain and postprandial blood lipid in patients with angina pectoris of phlegm stagnation.Methods From September 2020 to September 2021,150 patients with angina pectoris of phlegm stagnation type and 50 patients with angina pectoris of gradeⅠ⁃Ⅲwere selected from the cardiovascular ward of Heze Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The postprandial blood lipid,blood pressure,body mass index(BMI),traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and other related data of each group was collected and sorted out.Results The higher the degree of chest pain,the higher the postprandial blood lipid TC,TG and LDL⁃C,while the lower the HDL⁃C.The higher the degree of chest pain,the higher the blood pressure,body mass index(BMI)and TCM syndrome score.Conclusion The degree of chest pain in patients with angina pectoris of phlegm stagnation type is obviously correlated with postprandial blood lipid,blood pressure,body mass index(BMI)and TCM syndrome score.Clinically,the onset of chest pain can be better controlled by improving postprandial blood lipid,controlling blood pressure,reducing body mass index(BMI)and TCM syndrome score.
