摘要
随着煤矿采矿区区域治理钻探工程的水平井段长越来越长,钻进过程中托压问题愈发严重,直接影响到钻探工程的施工效率。本文以某地煤矿采矿区区域治理项目注18井为例,分析托压产生的原因主要是钻井轨迹、钻具组合、钻井液性能及排量等因素产生摩擦阻力和岩屑床而造成的。针对上述产生托压问题的影响因素,通过采取相应措施,减轻了托压问题,提升了水平井钻进效率。
As the length of horizontal well sections of regional governance drilling projects in coal mining areas increases,the problem of backing pressure during drilling becomes more and more serious,which directly affects the construction efficiency of drilling projects.Taking the Well Zhu 18 of a regional governance project in coal mining area as an example,this paper analyzes that the drop of the backing pressure is led by the friction resistance and rock cuttings bed caused by factors such as drilling trajectory,drilling tool assembly,drilling fluid performance,and displacement.In response to the above factors,corresponding measures have been taken to alleviate the backing pressure problem and the drilling efficiency of horizontal wells is improved.
