泰安市徂汶景区现代水网构建的路径与策略 被引量:1

摘要 为解决徂汶景区水面萎缩、水系破碎、水质差、河湖亲水性不强、景观特色不彰显、旅游发展支撑作用不强等问题,以保护、融合徂汶山水原生风貌格局为前提,以徂徕山为中心,以大汶河为主体,采取挖潜河湖拦蓄能力、综合治理河道山洪沟、连通水系、打造生态清洁型小流域、引水上山、修复水生态营建水景观、数字赋能等七项低影响开发策略,形成“群龙奔腾下山,河湖一脉相穿,牟柴淘东外环,坝塘池坊养源”的整体水网格局。水网规划实施后,将发挥水系联网规模供水效益,维系和恢复景区水面面积,改善水质,构建多样的滨水空间和水生动植物群落,充分彰显徂汶景区自然大山大水大空间的生态景观特色形象品质,推动泰城由“泰山时代”迈向“泰山汶河时代”。 In order to address issues such as shrinking water surfaces,fragmented water systems,poor water quality,weak water affinity of rivers and lakes,indistinct landscape characteristics,and weak support for tourism development in Cuwen Scenic Area,a modern water network is being constructed while protecting and integrating the original landscape pattern of Cuwen mountains and rivers.With Culai Mountain as the center and Dawen River as the main body,seven low-impact development strategies are adopted,including exploring the potential of water storage capacity of rivers and lakes,comprehensive management of river channels and mountain torrents,connecting water systems,building ecological clean small watersheds,diverting water to mountains,restoring aquatic ecology,and empowering through digitalization,to form an overall water network pattern of“dragons rushing down the mountain,rivers and lakes interconnected,surrounded by Mouwen River,Chaiwen River,Taohe River and Dongzhuang River externally and dams and ponds nurturing sources”.After the implementation of the water network plan,it will play a role in providing water supply benefits through the interconnected water system,maintaining and restoring the water surface area in the scenic area,improving water quality,and building diverse waterfront spaces and aquatic plant and animal communities,fully highlighting the ecological landscape characteristics of Cuwen Scenic Area’s natural mountains,rivers,and vast spaces,and promoting the transition of Tai’an from the“Mount Tai era”to the“Mount Tai-Wenhe River era”.
