摘要
在经济可持续发展和生态文明建设背景下,我国经济发展的驱动形式由要素驱动转变为创新驱动,高碳、高耗的经济发展模式将得到改善,绿色城市设计与低碳城市规划成为城市发展的核心目标。高碳城市与高耗建筑严重背离了可持续发展的目标。绿色城市设计与低碳城市规划基于可持续发展理念,可有效降低城市碳排放量,减轻环境污染。发展绿色建筑,增加土地收益以及提倡绿色交通出行方式可以有效优化绿色城市设计,推动城市朝着绿色、低碳方向发展。
Under the background of sustainable economic development and ecological civilization construction,the driving form of China’s economic development will be changed from factor driven to innovation-driven,and the high-carbon and high-consumption economic development mode will be improved.Green urban design and low-carbon urban planning have become the core goals of urban development.High-carbon cities and high-consumption buildings are the serious departure from sustainable development goals.Green urban design and low-carbon urban planning based on the concept of sustainable development can effectively reduce urban carbon emissions,and reduce environmental pollution.Developing green buildings,and increasing land returns and promoting green transportation can effectively optimize green urban design and promote the development of green and low-carbon cities.
