摘要
高校护理专业学生是医疗一线的预备人员,肩负着重大的责任使命,是心理压力较大的群体。为了解高校对护理专业学生开展心理健康教育的效果,选取山东药品食品职业学院护理专业275名学生为调查对象,通过症状自评量表、焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表分析比较接受心理健康教育前后高校护理专业学生心理状况的变化,发现接受心理健康教育前后,高校护理专业学生的焦虑、愤怒、抑郁、偏执、精神病态等均具有显著性差异,说明心理健康教育能够很大程度上改善高校护生们的心理状态,提升其心理健康水平。高校应针对性地对其开展相应的心理咨询活动,引导其采取积极健康的应对方式,从而培养出更优秀的护理人才。
Students of nursing major of colleges and universities are the preparatory personnel of the medical front line,and they are under great mental stress.In order to know the effect of mental health education of students of nursing major of colleges and universities,the study selects 275 students of nursing major of Shandong Drug and Food Vocational College as the respondents,analyze the changes of mental situation of students of nursing major before and after mental health education with SCL-90,SAS and SDS.It is found that there is significant difference in anxiety,anger,depression,stubborn,and pathos,etc.of students of nursing major of colleges and universities.This indicates that mental health education can improve the mental status of nursing students of colleges and universities,and promote their mental health level.Colleges and universities should develop corresponding mental counseling activities for students,and guide them to actively adopt health coping style,to train more excellent nursing talents.
