摘要
为践行可持续发展理念,实现废旧纺织品回收再利用,采用化学法循环再生技术制备得到再生聚酯(PET)切片,通过使用异形喷丝板,调整缓冷高度、冷却条件和卷绕速度,从而优化工艺参数,制备出一种新型再生仿羊毛聚酯纤维,并分析了影响其卷曲风格的因素,进一步拓宽了化学法循环再生技术的使用前景。
In order to adhere to the goal of sustainable development and achieve the recycling and reuse of waste textiles,a chemical recycling technology was used to prepare regenerated PET chips.By using a profiled spinneret,adjusting the cooling height,cooling conditions,and winding speed,thereby optimizing process parameters,a new type of wool-like regenerated polyester fiber was prepared,and the influencing factors on its crimping style were analyzed to further broaden the application prospects of chemical recycling technology.
