摘要
电力隧道及综合管廊是电网建设的重要组成部分,随着电力基础设施投入的逐年增大,电力隧道、沟道的长度迅速增加。电力隧道及综合管廊是地下有限空间,地下有限空间作业管理是目前安全管理的一个盲区,由于地下管道或者隧道不具备高质量的通信方式,导致有限空间内的作业看不到、听不到,作业环境感知不清,因此无法对其作业进行精益化管理。按照作业安全的相关规定,需要加强有限空间作业安全管理,落实企业安全生产主体责任,预防、控制中毒窒息事故发生,对此文章提出了有限空间作业精细化管理解决方案。
Power tunnels and integrated pipe corridors are important components of power grid construction.With the increasing investment in power infrastructure,the length of power tunnels and trenches has increased rapidly.Power tunnels and comprehensive pipe corridors are underground confined spaces,and the management of operations in underground confined spaces is currently a blind spot in safety management.Due to the lack of highquality communication methods for underground pipelines or tunnels,operations in confined spaces cannot be seen or heard,and the operating environment is not clearly understood,so it is impossible to conduct lean management of their operations.According to the relevant regulations on work safety,it is necessary to strengthen the safety management of confined space operations,implement the main responsibilities of enterprise safety production,and prevent and control the occurrence of poisoning and suffocation accidents.This article proposes a refined management solution for confined space operations.
