摘要
现如今社会发展迅速,城市规划紧凑,我国大力开发地下空间城市立体化建设,有效提高城市运转效率。地铁隧道为地下空间建设的重要交通规划和发展趋势,随着地下网络的迅速扩张,地铁隧道下穿江流、湖泊以及各类建构筑物等情况也逐渐增多,盾构施工风险及难度在逐步增大。苏州地铁8号线5标济学路站~中间风井区间穿越阳澄湖,该区域地质条件复杂、隧道坡度急、埋深大,且存在深度突变区段,项目针对不同施工阶段,加强盾尾密封性能,合理优化掘进参数,成功克服了长距离穿湖土层差异大、水上勘探孔位置及回填质量不确定、水系丰富、覆土厚度突变等风险点、难点,顺利实现隧道洞通。
At present,with the rapid development of society and compact urban planning,China has vigorously developed the three-dimensional construction of underground space cities to effectively improve the efficiency of urban operation.The subway tunnel is an important traffic planning and development trend for the construction of underground space.With the rapid expansion of the underground network,the number of subway tunnels crossing rivers,lakes and various buildings and structures has gradually increased,and the risk and difficulty of shield construction are gradually increasing.The section from Jixue Road Station to the middle air shaft of the 5-bid of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 8 crosses Yangcheng Lake,the geological conditions of the area are complex,with steep tunnel slope,large buried depth and abrupt depth section.According to different construction stages of the project,the sealing performance of the shield tail was strengthened and the excavation parameters were reasonably optimized.The tunnel was successfully connected by overcoming the risk points and difficulties such as large differences in soil layer for long-distance passing beneath lake,uncertainty in the location and backfill quality of the water exploration hole,the rich water system,and sudden changes of the overburden thickness.
