摘要
地理实体具有对象化、结构化、语义化、机器可读等显著特征,具备业务语义的地理实体在自然资源业务审批、监管和决策分析中可以发挥重要的信息载体和联结纽带作用。语义化内容与应用需求密切相关,本文面向“三旧”改造成效评估业务,探索地理实体的语义化内容获取、表达及成果应用的实现路径,为“三旧”改造成效评估业务提供了新型解决思路,助力提升该项业务的精细化管理水平。
Geographical entities are characterized by objectification,structure,semantics and machine-readable.Geographical entities with business semantics can play an important role as information carriers and links in natural resources business approval,supervision and decision-making analysis.The semantic content is closely related to the application requirements.This paper explored the implementation path of the semantic content acquisition,expression and application of the geographical entities for the"three old"transformation effectiveness evaluation business,provided a new solution for the"three old"transformation effectiveness evaluation business,which helped to improve the refined management level of this business.
