摘要
社交媒体的迅猛发展改变了人类的交往方式,创造了新型的人际关系,催发了一个极其普遍的群体性孤独现象:网络中人们之间的联系看似频繁,现实生活中却变得越发孤单与焦虑,可能引发某些社会问题。通过审视社交媒体背景下群体性孤独呈现的两组关系,可以得出一个基本的结论:人对媒介技术过度依赖是群体性孤独产生的重要原因,过多的网络社交促使现实人际关系弱化。与之相应,秉持人对技术的理性态度,采取科学的关系重构策略,重拾人与人的有效交流,定然能够帮助人们走出群体性孤独状态。
The rapid development of social media has changed the way of human association and created a new type of interpersonal relationship,which prompted an extremely common phenomenon of group loneliness:the connection between people in the network seems to be frequent,but they are becoming more lonely and anxious in real life which may lead to some social problems.By examining the two groups of relationships presented by group loneliness under the background of social media,we can draw a basic conclusion:People’s excessive dependence on media technology is an important reason for group loneliness,and too much online social networking weakens the real interpersonal relationship.Accordingly,adhering to people’s rational attitude towards technology,adopting scientific relationship reconstruction strategy and repicking up the effective communication between people can certainly help people get out of the group loneliness.
