摘要
目的探讨成人急性细菌性肺炎早期诊断中血清C反应蛋白(CRP)及降钙素原(PCT)检查的应用价值。方法选取2020年7月—2021年7月临沂东山医院呼吸内科收治的80例成人急性细菌性肺炎患者为观察组,同期选取于临沂东山医院实施健康体检的80名健康成人为对照组,纳入研究者均予以CRP、PCT检查,比较两组患者的检测结果。结果观察组CRP、PCT水平分别为(37.23±3.62)mg/L、(9.74±0.87)ng/L显著高于对照组的[(1.77±0.36)mg/L、(0.24±0.07)ng/L],差异有统计学意义(t=87.184、97.353,P<0.05);血清CRP联合PCT检测的敏感度、特异度、准确度均显著高于CRP、PCT单一检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论成人急性细菌性肺炎早期诊断中血清CRP及PCT检查的应用价值较高,特别是采取CRP联合PCT检测,相对于单一指标诊断准确率更高,便于早期确诊疾病,继而防止误诊、漏诊事件发生。
Objective To investigate the application value of serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)in early diagnosis of acute bacterial pneumonia in adults.Methods 80 adult patients with acute bacterial pneumonia admitted to the Department of Respiratory Medicine of Linyi Dongshan Hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the observation group,and 80 healthy adults who underwent physical examination in Linyi Dongshan Hospital at the same time were selected as the control group.All the participants were tested for serum CRP and PCT,and the test results of the two groups were compared.Results The CRP and PCT levels in observation group were(37.23±3.62)mg/L and(9.74±0.87)ng/L,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in control group[(1.77±0.36)mg/L and(0.24±0.07)ng/L],the difference was statistically significant(t=87.184,97.353,P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of serum CRP combined with PCT were significantly higher than those of CRP and PCT alone,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the early diagnosis of adult acute bacterial pneumonia,the test of serum CRP and PCT is of high application value,especially the test of CRP combined with PCT,which has higher diagnostic accuracy than a single index,so as to facilitate early diagnosis of the disease and prevent misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
