摘要
目的:分析卡通儿童主题病房对小儿肺炎患儿身心应激反应及护理依从率的影响。方法:选取本院2019年1月至2021年12月收治的80例小儿肺炎患儿为研究对象并利用随机数字表法分为两组各40例。对照组采用传统护理模式护理,观察组运用卡通儿童主题病房护理,1周后对比两组患儿的生理应激指标(心率、收缩压、舒张压)、心理应激指标(焦虑评分、抑郁评分)、护理依从率(症状护理、静脉输液、呼吸道护理、皮肤护理、口腔护理、适度运动)差异。结果:护理前两组患儿的生理应激指标、心理应激指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后均低于各组护理前,且观察组生理应激指标、心理应激指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卡通儿童主题病房有助于降低小儿肺炎患儿身心应激反应、提升其护理依从率,值得应用。
Objective:To analyze the effect of cartoon children's ward on physical and mental stress response and nursing compliance rate in children with pneumonia.Methods:A total of 80 children with pneumonia in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional nursing mode,and the observation group was treated with cartoon children's theme ward nursing.After 1 week,the physiological stress indicators(heart rate,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure),psychological stress indicators(anxiety score,depression score)and care compliance rates(symptom care,intravenous fluids,respiratory care,skin care,oral care,moderate exercise)of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no statistical significance in the comparison of physiological stress indexes and psychological stress indexes between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,they were all lower than those before nursing in each group.The stimulation index was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cartoon children's themed ward can help reduce the physical and mental stress of children with pneumonia and improve their nursing compliance rate,which is worthy of use.
