摘要
近年来,儿童哮喘的发病率逐年上升,给患者家庭和社会带来了沉重的负担。肺-肠轴因其共有黏膜免疫、微生物菌群、固有淋巴细胞归巢等成为儿童哮喘研究的热点。而肺肠微生物菌群可以促进骨髓造血,骨髓的造血功能是肺肠微生物菌群及其代谢物维持肺稳态和免疫功能的桥梁,因此肺、肠、骨髓三者关系密切。中医认为,儿童哮喘病位主要在肺、脾、肾三脏,故多以此论治,正如“五脏六腑皆令人咳”,哮喘亦是如此,其亦与肺、肾、肠关系密切,三者相合,共同固护腠理皮毛,成为人体第一道防线;又可化髓生血,固本扶源,增强人体免疫机能。故文章基于肺-肠-髓轴,从中医肺、肾、肠角度出发,论述儿童哮喘。
In recent years,the incidence of childhood asthma has increased with the years,bringing subsstantial burden to society and family.The lung-intestinal axis has become a hot spot in the research of childhood asthma because of its common mucosal immunity,microflora community and inherent lymphocyte homing.The lung-intestines microflora can promote bone marrow hematopoietic function,which is the bridge between lung-intestines microecology microflora and its metabolites to maintain lung homeostasis and immune function,and the three are closely related.According to TCM,childhood asthma is located in the lung,spleen and kidney,so it is more treated from this perspective.The five Zang-organs and six Fu-organs(五脏六腑)all can lead to cough,this theory also applies to asthma.We believe that it is closely related to the lung,kidney,intestine,and that the three together can consolidate the striae and interstices,become the first line of defense of the human body.Even more,it can also benefit Qi(气)for promoting production of blood,strengthen and consolidate body resistance,and enhance human immuneg function.Therefore,based on the axis of lung-intestinal-marrow,this paper discusses childhood asthma from the perspectives of lung,kidney and intestine in TCM.
