基于项目式引导的环境工程专业学位研究生实践教学体系构建 被引量:2

摘要 目前全日制专业学位研究生的培养存在着与学术学位研究生培养同质化的问题,实践与应用能力培养不足。本研究以全日制环境工程专业学位研究生的实践教学为试点,分析实践教学体系的关键问题,构建基于项目式引导的人才培养模式,创建“化整为零-化零为整”的专业学位研究生实践教学模式和“知识积累-实践训练-创新能力-科学提炼”的循序渐进教学方法,结合我国环保产业人才需求,将新模式与教学方法融合进行三年的应用和推广。本研究成功解决实践教学“碎片化”的问题,促进研究生工程实践与创新能力的结合,在工科全日制专业学位研究生学生实践培养中具有重要的示范和辐射作用。 At present,graduate education of full-time professional degree was homogenized with academic degree postgraduates,and the training of engineering practice and application ability was insufficient.In this research,the major of environmental engineering was chose as the pilot,and talent training mode based on project guidance was constructed after analyzing the key problems of the practical teaching system.The practice teaching mode of"breaking up the whole into parts"and the step-by-step teaching method of"knowledge accumulation,practice training,innovation ability,and scientific refinement"were established.Combined with the talent demand of China's environmental protection industry,the new mode and teaching methods have been integrated and applied for three years.The problem of"fragmentation"in practice teaching was successfully solved,and the combination of engineering practice and innovation ability was improved for graduate students.This new mode based on project guidance has an important demonstration and radiation role in the practice training of professional degree graduate students.
