摘要
产业园蓬勃发展并成为产业和人才的聚集之地,极大地促进了地方经济发展。随着土地资源的匮乏,产业园必须适应社会发展,不断迭代升级才能适应经济脉搏和生态需求。本文通过欣晖半导体产业园,解析了功能复合的社群型生态产业园的布局构成和生态营造,让“智能化、绿色化、专业化”赋予产业园更大的生命力。
Industrial parks are booming and has become a gathering place for industries and talents.They have greatly promoted the local economic development.With the lack of land resources,the industrial park must adapt to social development,the economic pulse and ecological needs through continuous iteration and upgrading.Through the case of Xinhui Semiconductor Industrial Park,this paper analyzes the layout composition and ecological construction of community based eco-industrial park with complex functions,so that"intelligence,greening and specialization"can give greater vitality to the industrial park.
