摘要
本文梳理了动物源性食品中氟喹诺酮类兽药残留检测的研究,了解当前国内的各类先进样品前处理技术,主要从色谱和色谱质谱联用法的角度,总结并论述不同基质样品、液相提取及洗脱条件、净化方式等对方法性能参数的影响,旨在提高动物源性食品中兽药残留的检测分析的效率和准确性,为后期建立同时检测多种兽药残留药物方法提供参考。
This article reviews the research on the detection of fluoroquinolones residues in animal derived foods,understands various advanced sample pretreatment technologies in China,and summarizes and discusses the effects of different matrix samples,liquid phase extraction and elution conditions,purification methods,and other factors on the performance parameters of the method,mainly from the perspective of chromatography and chromatography-mass spectrometry,in order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the detection and analysis of veterinary drug residues in animal derived foods,to provide reference for the establishment of a method for the simultaneous detection of multiple veterinary drug residues in the future.
