摘要
磺胺类药物属于广谱抗生素,具有药效显著、价格低廉等特点,因此经常添加在饲料或饮水中用于防治畜禽疾病,但过度使用这些抗生素会污染环境同时影响人体健康。随着生活水平的提高,畜禽肉成为人们必不可少的食品,人们对畜禽肉的质量安全问题越来越关注,兽药残留问题也日渐成为一大社会热点,因此对畜禽肉中磺胺类抗生素残留问题以及对策进行研究很有必要。本文对畜禽肉中兽药残留以及磺胺类药物的现状进行分析阐述。
Sulfonamides are broad-spectrum antibiotics with significant efficacy and low price,so they are often added to feed or drinking water to prevent or control diseases of livestock and poultry.However,excessive use of these antibiotics will pollute the environment and affect human health.With the improvement of peoples living standards,livestock and poultry meat have become essential food for people.People pay more and more attention to the quality and safety of livestock and poultry meat,and the problem of veterinary drug residues has gradually become a social hot spot.Therefore,it is necessary to study the problems and countermeasures of sulfonamide antibiotic residues in livestock and poultry.This paper analyzes and expounds the status quo of veterinary drug residues and sulfonamides in livestock and poultry meat.
